Returns
We have a 15-day return policy on our products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, packaged appropriately for shipping, be received undamaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return is subject to 20% restocking fee. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@baselineoverland.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns of products sold by third party vendors are subject to their return policies.  

Cancelations Please verify item availability prior to ordering. We will do our best to work with you. Prior to processing, all orders are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction fees that we cannot recover. Payments made with Shop Pay Installments are subject to a 7.5% cancelation fee. After processing your order, or beginning production of a made to order item, you may be subject to additional cancelation or restocking fees. If products from outside vendors are ordered prior to cancelation, the cancelation fees or policies from that vendor also apply. Please contact info@baselineoverland.com to initiate a cancelation and discuss your options. Some made to order items may not be cancelled. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items from other vendors are subject to their return policies.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
