LEAD TIME DISCLAIMER

Posted Lead Times are an estimate and is in no way a guarantee of a delivery date. Lead Times are an estimate based on information we have been provided. Lead times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated Lead Times do not include transit times. Please allow for typical ground or freight shipping. 

The estimated lead time gives you some sense of what the typical time it takes to source, cut, pack, finish and pack takes. Many times the lead time is shorter than estimated, but likewise it can extend, depending on factors such as demand and current material supply. Extenuating circumstances such as down time for maintenance or unscheduled downtimes for repairs might impact dates as well as delays related to our sourced components or third party processes. There is a constant flow of parts and shipments, and sometimes the visibility becomes a challenge to pinpoint exactly when your product will ship.

Feel free to check on your order at any time. Be aware that our customer service team may not be able to give you an exact date for completion, but rest assured we are tracking your order and it will be built in the order that it was received. 

Baseline Overland also reserves the right to cancel items from an order, offer an alternative substitution or issue refund accordingly when product is delayed at an unacceptable time frame or at the request of the customer.

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS

Baseline supplies various brands that go hand in hand with our own products, to provide a more complete service and to help us grow. This includes products that are drop shipped. Many third party products are sold under an open inventory method, and the technology to sync inventories is limited. Availability and lead times of those products are solely impacted by the third-party vendor's schedule. If a specific product is needed by a specific date, we are always happy to double check with the supplier for you! 

Any potential delay that occurs in the sourcing, processing, or drop shipment at the third party level will be communicated to the best of our ability to the customer.

PRODUCT TERMS 

All products built and designed by Baseline Overland LLC are intended for off-road use and should be assembled, installed, and used according to Baseline Overland LLC recommendations. Baseline Overland LLC products should be used safely with good judgment towards others and surroundings.
The rating of our rack systems does not in any way guarantee that the vehicle roof is rated to the same amount. Please contact your vehicle's manufacturer for additional load information.
By installing Baseline Overland LLC  products on your vehicle you assume all liability. Baseline Overland LLC  will not be held liable for damages or loss associated with the installation or use of its products.
